2. Hosting and server logs

The website and provider API are hosted by ALL-INKL.COM, Hauptstraße 68, D-02742 Friedersdorf, in de. A data processing agreement is in place. Standard web server access logs and visitor statistics are disabled for this service.

3. Early access form

When you submit the form, we process your email address, language, server count and operating system. Name, Discord name, requested feature and free text are optional. The purpose is to manage the early access list and send information about testing and the product launch. The legal basis is your consent under Article 6(1)(a) GDPR.

4. Double-opt-in

After signup, we send a time-limited confirmation link. The signup remains pending until it is confirmed. Only a hash of the confirmation token is stored on the server. The specific consent version and required timestamps are documented as evidence.

5. Email delivery

Confirmation and product emails are delivered through ALL-INKL.COM as part of the hosting agreement. Emails do not contain tracking pixels.

6. Retention

• Unconfirmed signups are deleted seven days after the confirmation link expires.
• Confirmed signups are stored until consent is withdrawn.
• On withdrawal, the email address, optional form details and personally identifiable audit data are deleted immediately. An anonymous revocation timestamp may remain.

7. Language preference and cookies

Your manual language selection is stored only in your browser. No analytics, advertising or profiling cookies are used. The protected API admin area uses a technically necessary secure session cookie.

8. Recipients and transfers

Apart from the controller, the only recipient of personal data is the processor ALL-INKL.COM to the extent required. Data is not transferred to advertising networks or analytics providers.

9. Your rights

Subject to the GDPR, you have rights of access, rectification, erasure, restriction, data portability and withdrawal of consent. You also have the right to lodge a complaint with a data protection authority. Consent can be withdrawn using the unsubscribe link in every email or by contacting the address above.

10. Security

Data is transferred over encrypted HTTPS connections. Forms are validated server-side, size-limited and protected against automated abuse. Secrets are never delivered to the browser.
